Eircom dsl keeps droping/disconnecting

My eircom dsl keeps disconencting randomly every so often? It started happening all of a sudden every few minutes it might stay up for one minute or 10 minute but then stops again? all the wires and that are connected right I have tried restarting but no luck?

have the same problem here in Cork

disconnects randomly or insanely high pings

I just turned it off for a while then on again, but left it on for awhile before I went to use the internet
