UPC Broadband o and off all day today

UPC TV fine Broadband is on and off all day...been doing the usual resetting router and un plugging it.... online light on router on ,,, Any ideas???

I'm in south dublin & it's been **** all day, I was going to reset my router but thought I'd see was anyone else having problems first, seems I'm not alone.
