    Hi Guys,
can anyone advise if the bathroom in a pub or club is considered 'public' domain and if covert surveillance in these areas are legal? particularly in the hand wash area, by means of two way mirrors?
    thanks,
    J

Just Make Sure You Are Only Looking A Hand Wash Area And Have A Sign Somewhere
In The Building ( Preferably At The Front Doors So People See) That C.C.T.V Is Recording On Site. Also Take A Picture Of Sign On Site With A Time Stamp On It.
( From Past Experience :D:D:D) Lastly Make Sure They Are Licensed To Install As There Would Be Nothing Worse Than Catching Someone And They Get Out Because Of A Loop Hole.....
