eircom zyxel replacment

    Could anybody recommend a good router to replace the eircom zyxel one.Will be mostly used for wireless and around €100 range.Thanks

    I have a couple of these, they are only €55. Work fairly well.

    VDSL is being rolled out around ireland at the moment, so it may not be a good idea investing a lot in an adsl modem, when next year you will need a vdsl modem.

    The Zyxel router is actually pretty good once you set the firewall to "low".

    Out of curiosity, why do you want to replace it?

    Saw a Netgear N600 router which you can plug onto your Zyxel box. They have the modem-router version for about one-twenty.
