Daughter is in Spain at the momeent. I need to do some work on her laptop and was wondering what is the best program/method for setting up remote access to her system. Thanks in advance.

I find Logmein handier for always on access, you can control the machine through the web browser

If you use Chrome browser you could try 'Chrome Remote Desktop' extension. VERY easy to use.

Logmein is pretty good, but you also have VNC aswell.
