new apartment-what is the default plan?

    Just rented new apartment, the agency automatically transferred the bill to myself. Got the papers for setting up direct debit last Friday and the welcome letter but it doesn't say anywhere what plan I got assigned to or what are the rates. just wondering what is the default plan in situation like this:confused:
    I suppose I lost the privilege of a new customer.

    You would just need to contact us to have a new price-plan applied. We can organise this for you by private message here on Boards.ie if you wish. We would require your Electric Ireland account number, your name/address in full as they appear on your account, and your date of birth.
