my mum was recently in morocco and brought home tagine spice mixes. she has no idea what to do with them. does anyone have any recipes?

I like Rachel Allen's tagine recipes, she does a lamb and a chicken version.

Here's a chicken one one posted on a blog that I found via google.

I'm assuming it's powdered spice mixes you have? I would try using them instead of the spices mentioned in the recipe below!
