Just saw a Hyundai Matrix pull up next to me with the badge disegnoPininfarina

How did he go from designing Coupés and Supercars to this!?
I know right? He should stick to beautiful supercars like this ;) Nope (thanks dgt!)

Giugiaro designed the Grande, not Pininfarina ;)

Snowing up here. By snow I mean cold rain. So no snow, thankfully!

Somebody heard me and decided to give me a surprise, I may eat my hat

Your car should have this badge
    $(KGrHqN,!jcE656vjZthBOvlfvP4C!~~60_35.JPG

    On the Quarter panel

    :)
It did, I took them off a few weeks ago with the Punto font on the back :P Could have sworn it was him - one of my favourite designs of this was the 406 Coupe.

I think Giugiaro designed all the Puntos, except the cabby which was Bertone :)

Which brings me back to this thing again :D

This low, I don't find it particularly low but most people do.The alloys are only 16's. Coilovers came with the car so I can't really comment on the ride height as opposed to stock.

    IMG_6924.jpg

I know its just the angle of the car, but the front wheels here look twice the size of the rear ones!

Noticed a trend these past couple of months of small cars of 10 years or more under 1.4 becoming a little bit more expensive while bigger saloons of the same age over 1.6 are going for little or nothing. Good for those selling but not good for the first timers looking to buy :(

Finally a clear explanation on Bosch VE part numbers!!!

I now know how to check what pumps have the bigger plunger heads :) Ironically, I have a pump with a 12mm plunger head sitting in the garage...!

Probably just the angle and the stance makes the front wheels fills the arches a lot more.

There was a few years ago but that went out the window as it depends on the ground. Some is really soft and would get bogged easilly! Mind you, the BMW never got stuck in the mud in the 6 years I've had it :D you should have seen the place circa 1998, now that was a mess!!!!

But yes, it wrecks my head too, I have to leave my heap along the roadside! :(

Broken down under the bridge in Dundrum. Alternator belt is completely gone, as in not in the engine bay anymore. Must have fallen out on the road somewhere.

Right on a corner and all, god help me.

    clocked rolla.

looked at that car this time last year. around 240k miles it motorchecked with at the time, and the advertiser said around 120k on it. 109 on it now so it must be a time machine.

Cheers lads, got home in the end.
My GF's dad came down and jumped me, some drive home. Left foot braking, using the hand brake to stop at light keeping the revs up.
Off to buy a belt now, change it with my brother in law in the morning. :)
