The confidence is starting to drain from Newton and being replaced with doubt. Fair play to Wade so far for the comeback.

I stuck a tenner on Wade to win the tournament at 12/1. I thought it was decent value.

Wouldn't call it a poor match. Just because there isn't 180's flying in every minute doesn't make it poor.

Both players very evenly matched but Wade is flawless on the double 10.

I always preferred the world matchplay crowd.. they'll be loud alright but at least the majority of them would actually watch the darts and not be booing certain players during crucial shots.

id hate to be at the ally pally, most of them seem more interested in the doing the poznan then watching the darts.

anyways rant over cant see wade looking back now, but im not the best at predications

Yea, these two would have to be the weakest of the 6 players left, on current form. I can see any of the other 4 winning it. I'd be very surprised if Wade or Newton did.

Being honest, the crowd are fcktards. No respect for people throwing at all, if anybody pulled that rubbish in a town league down here they'd be frog marched out the door pdq. I think someone already mentioned it earlier that since its moved to this cowshed, the atmosphere & the people attending have changed & not for the better

I was thinking the same thing. He's grinded his way to the semi final without really playing great. Being hard to beat is a great quality to have.

Brilliant stuff from Wade making the semis with an average in the early nineties.. needless to say he'll have to up it against mvg/lewis.


Heart wants Mvg to win but my head says Lewis will nick it. think it'll go the distance though regardless
