Hi,

I recently bought an IomegaTV with 1TB storage to use as home media storage. I've moved my music onto it from the various laptops in the house, and put them in the "My-Music" folder, which is set up as an iTunes media folder. There's about 50GB of files in it.

I want to be able to access the music in here through iTunes on our laptops. In iTunes I've set it to read "Shared Libraries" as a source, and "IomegaTV" is appearing under "Shared" on the list of sources on the left of the iTunes screen. The thing is, when I clicked on this, the main grid where I would have expected to see the list of songs went blank, and the status window at the top showed "Loading IomegaTV" and it's stayed this way for over an hour.

Is that normal? Should it take so long for the shared folder to load, or is there something going wrong?
