New phone line to new build

Hi I want to get a phone into our new build. There is a pole 300metres away on the opposite side of the road. What do I have to do to get the line in?? Is there a contract we'd have to take out for a certain lenght of time?? Any help appreciated.

Hi culsoh

Please contact eircom sales on 1800242633 to order a new line. An agent will answer any question you may have before placing the order. As far as i am aware, in your case when you have placed the order for a new line a technician would come out and do a site inspection and all follows from there. Hope this helps.
