Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If your Latvian friend wants to visit Australia he doesn't want an Irish visa; he wants an Australian visa.

I think your question is whether your Latvian friend can get an Irish passport, and then use that to apply for an Australian visa.

Regardless of whether he lives in Ireland or not, he can get an Irish passport if, and only if, he is an Irish citizen. If he does not have Irish citizenship, then the fact that he lives in Ireland will be of no help to him in an application for an Irish passport.
