I ordered some vinyl records from Warner Brothers in the US. They were shipped 7 and a half weeks ago and I am aware that people in the UK who ordered at the same time as me received theirs over a month ago.

An Post, Customs & Excise and DHL have all confirmed that they are not holding anything in my name. Warner Brothers have ignored my e-mails.

What are my options here? Has anyone been in a similar situation?

It is the responsibility of the shipper. If you don't get satisfaction, contact your credit card company, issue a chargeback and give all the details you can.
