Cheap function room needed for fundraiser

I am looking for a function room/hall suitable for a bake sale type event that is affordable but not a kip. Anywhere in Dublin or nearby in Kildare or Meath would be best. Does anybody know of a venue that have affordable rooms or are likely to offer one at a reduced rate for a charity event?

Or the local community centre? Most of them have cooking facilities, afaik
