I've heard good reports about Ken O'Shaughnessy, I'd say he would travel to East Clare.

There is a guy in Newmarket-on-Fergus who buys, sells and refurbishes as well as repairs such 'white goods'.

Might be better to bring it in somewhere, they mightn't charge you if its junk. Plus they might take it off you if it is
