Magnet setup

We ordered Magnet Simply Broadband last week. Got the router in the post yesterday and a text today to say the service was live. We've plugged everything in... and nothing yet. We ordered Magnet Simply Broadband last week. Got the router in the post yesterday and a text today to say the service was live. We've plugged everything in... and nothing yet. The "link" light on the router is still flashing.

The router is showing up in my Wifi list as an unsecured network called "Magnet" and you can connect to it, but it won't connect to the Internet.

Does this mean that our service isn't actually live like they said? Or have I missed something obvious?
