Many of these tax breaks are expected to be closed off in this year's budget. I wouldn't set my heart on availing of the scheme.

Section 23 was hit very badly in last years budget, section 50 is intact (for now!)

I'd imagine there is a large amount of these in NAMA so there us probably not many on the open Market.
