Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The last 2 days my iPhone has not been charging my phone properly. It goes up about 10% every 2 hours. I tried resetting and restoring it but no joy. I have the phone over a year. Anyone any ideas what I should do?

Ha don't all answer at once. I rang applecare there to see what they could do for me. I'm 27 days out of my 1 year warranty so they said it would cost me 211 euro or something to get a replacement. I tried quoting the 2 year EU consumer law but he was having none of that and I didn't really know the ins and outs of it to argue with him. Does anyone have any advice?

You need to get back on to them. A Warranty is in addition to your Statutory Rights, not a replacement thereof.

YE I found this on the apple website http://www.apple.com/ie/legal/statutory-warranty/
This is what I was looking for. Waiting on hold now to talk to someone more senior.
