Which smartphone?

Hi lads, Looking for a smartphone for my girlfriend. I would like people's opinions on the follows: - iPhone 4s - HTC One S - Samsung Galaxy S III mini What is important to her is - social media, texting, calling and internet speed. Camera isn't that important. Will be buying it on Pre-Pay. Can't make up my mind! Thanks.

Just comparing them

She has the HTC Wildfire S but the internal memory is shocking in it.

I think it is either the HTC or iPhone.

S III mini isn't worth the pricetag at the minute. Of the other two, well here's another comparison: http://geekaphone.com/compare/HTC-One-S-1.7GHz---Asia-Version-vs-Apple-iPhone-4S I'd go with the One S if those two are your limited choices!
