Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    With the evoloution of MMA in Ireland and the increasing safety standards that are coming our way The MMA Clinic are introdoucing Rebelloution!!. Compete in a Cage with rules close to current amateur rules, without headshots on the ground, knees to head, with shin guards and head gear it is the perfect testing ground for you budding amateurs.
    The road to amateur in Ireland, 1) No head shots comp.
    2) Rebelloution
    3) Amateur
    Any fighters interested in taking part please have your coach contact us Asap as we are now matching all weights.

    Bouts consist of ;
    2x3 minute rounds
    No elbows
    No knees to the head
    No head strikes on the ground
    No twisting locks or cranks
    All bouts take place in our 18ft cage
    Weigh in at 11am sharp
    First fight 3pm
    Prize for best fight and best finish
    Fighters must wear head gear,shinpads,a mouth piece and 6oz gloves.

    This is pretty much what C class was when we did the first chaos years ago

    Only difference is it was 2 * 5 and no headgear

    Davy P been using them rules for years


    Quite a few good fighters came up through them ranks

    Are u letting teens fight. This would be a good environment for them

    Is it in Cork? Bit too far for us

    17 and up Jason, ya i reckon its a good stepping stone, start at no head shots at all, then head shots standing and then onto ammie, nice progression for new fighters.
