Hi My son has to build a motion sensor for a Bird table to show that a bird is feeding, has anyone An easy design that he can build from scratch.:)

I was thinking Raspberry pi ^^^ is the way to go but finding a good guide...

what you need is a PIR Motion sensor, something like this:

Then you need to connect it to a battery and a LED, in a simple circuit something like this:

<---PIR

Then when there is motion at the sensor the LED will light up.

Did you use Google images to find them. Their in link 5 above. Not actually complicated when ya take bit of time to read it.

Yeah i did, sorry, i didn't read through them all. I assumed they were all raspberry pi related.
