    :)Somebody might find this real-life timetable useful:

    Day 1: price agreed subject to contract
    Day 2: paid €5k deposit to EA, agreed a fee with own solicitor
    Day 3: commissioned and paid for Engineer survey
    Day 9: Received survey
    Day 15: cheque to own solicitor for 10% of price less €5k, signed contract
    Day 19: bank draft to own solicitor for balance of price, cheque for his fee
    Day 28: Paid insurance for house from Day 30
    Day 30: Collected keys, EA confirmed utilities changed over
    Day 31: cheque to own solicitor for stamp duty
    Day 72: solicitor confirmed property registration completed.
