I've decided that for 2013 I'm going to try and become a bit more active with my photography and on this forum after being a long time lurker. I've always been very critical of my photos and been reluctant to post next to some of the amazing photos I see on here but I'm sick of just leaving them all buried on my hard drive after the money I've spent on the gear. :eek:

Here is one I took at the Red Bull cliff diving last year on Inis Mór which I was lucky enough to win tickets for.

I really liked this shot because it gives you a sense of the speed these guys were flying at.

I have posted this shot before (but not on here, I think) - it was shot on film. I re-scanned them with my new toy and I like the way they turned out.

Not as sharp as my digital stuff but they have a different "feel" about them which I like (IMHO)

Use an image editor to resize them to 800 pixels on the longest side and save as a copy so you don't destroy your original. iPhoto should be able to do it if you don't have an editor like Photoshop of the GIMP.

However it might just be easier to upload your images to somewhere like pix.ie.
Then you can copy paste the link they provide for an automatically resized image.
