Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

applying for a mortage

want to know wat my chances would be of getting a mortage, am currently unemployed, recently left my job to start my own busniess, which should be up and running in the new year.
i have about 25000 savings and my girlfriend has the same i hav no loans she has a loan of about 2000 in her cu. she works 5 days a week a job she started about 6 months ago and is getting 330euro take home per week.
probadly would be looking for a mortage of about 200000. have i any chance???????
