    Hi,

just installing a hkc1070 system into my house.

got a hkc sensor with reed but find them very big.
a lad at work had a aritech gs711 - and it was like a junction box - slim & neat.

In navan here - suppliers only seem to stock hkc and don't have any slim hkc sersors.

    can I still get the gs711 ? where ?
what other make model would do & where can I get them

    Thanks

    K

    Thx Altor
had a look thru them but most stock hkc or don't have an orderable website, just text.

But can I still get the gs711 ? where ?

Do hkc actually do a slim sesnor model ?

    k

Very surprised that you cant find a supplier as these should be available. Maybe ask them to order in the amount you need.

They have a new slim sensor coming to the market soon..

Are you installing wireless or wired sensors ??

wired all the way - and 2 wireless but at a later stage.

as above - just thought the hkc sensor w/reed was a bit big.
I like the GS711 - will ring a few places tomorrow.

    Thx

The sensor head used in the 711 and 611 are not as reliable as the 613 head.
The astec global was the most reliable imo.
Have you looked at the texecom impaq or vipers, both are quite slim

Where are you located? REW and RWL definitely stock the 711s.
