Need a new contract to pay Eircom extra?

    Have a ph/bb bundle with free off peak calls.
    Wanted to get the anytime free calls at a cost of 5 euro to me.
    Was told I would have to sign up for another 12 months!

    Is this correct?

    Yes, any change to your contract results in them forcing you to sign a new one.

    Just when you think you're out, they pull you back in!
