    hi, i hope someone can help me here, i called in a meter reading over a week ago and still have got no bill. i emailed a few days ago to clarify that my meter reading went through but have heard nothing back since. do electric ireland have a poor email contact team?

    Hi DeSelby83,

    You will definitely hear back - it's just that there is sometimes a waiting time of three days or more.

    However, I can check your query for you here on Boards by private message if you wish. I would require your Electric Ireland account number, your name/address in full as they appear on the account, and your date of birth. Once I have those details I will investigate immediately.
