I ordered €150 worth of stuff (they charged my card) but then got an e-mail saying order cancelled as 3 of the things were out of stock.

When I check the order number it now says order shipped - but they have refunded my card? Have I gotten free clothes or is my bank just too slow?

Did you get refunded the full amount or just the price of the 3 items?

Clearly things have speeded up since my last order!

One thing I would point out on the t-shirts - if you are looking for shirts that will stay in shape for a while, especially around the neck, these are not the ones as they will start to lose shape after a few washes.

+ 1 to the above got two emails nothing else but my order status is ' sent to inte' which hopefully means it will be shipped soon.

Not bad going though I wasn't expecting them this side of Xmas tbh with it being sales n post going slower!!

I just ordered some stuff there came to 140 after discounts, I prepaid taxes so I've no surprises.
Hopefully get them before Christmas I'll be happy. Seems all legit. Has anyone any comments on quality? Aeropostale is usually high quality

I have been buying clothing every 4/5 months from the states and i baught clothing from a different retailer and i got them to ship the clothing to my sister in the states. now i have noticed that this time it takes roughly 4 days to have the items processed and sent to the delivery company.this lateness i believe is due to last friday been Black Friday over there (Bussiest shopping day of the year) and monday been cybermonday (Another great day for buying clothing online) so there is more than likely a backlog of orders at the MO. just be a little patient im sure they will get released.

I would have expected the order to take about 2 weeks to arrive. I guess im lucky. Especially being a black Friday sale. I haven't had a chance to even open the box yet, but I'll report back on size and quality later when I get home.

Ordered 2 hoodies, a long sleeve shirt and 3 t-shirts. Order added up to €101 but I got a €20 discount using the code NOV25. Add on to that the €15 shipping fee and €18 VAT so it all added up to just over €114. Now the waiting game begins

All the gear that arrives yesterday was great quality, I think most things were a half a size larger than here, jeans felt an inch larger around the waist and the medium hoody was definitely large. Tshirts fit great as did the sweatpants.

I was very disappointed however to have received a small item, a jacket which was true to its size, when I ordered medium. The tags on the clothes said s/p though the price tag said m/m so there's where they made the mistake. It was a gift which won't fit now :-(

I went to shopping bag, applied the discount codes, clicked paypal, went through the paypal steps, then it brought me to this window, entered my Irish postal address, then gave the above error and cleared the form below.

EDIT: Don't click paypal straight away, wait until you enter your shipping details on the site, then select pay with paypal at the end. I got the confirmation emails.

I used PayPal as well but there was no need to enter my details on the site first. My address is already stored on my PayPal account so I just logged in and paid straight away.

I read on another forum that they are having delays, as people ordered for Black Friday offers, and orders have started coming in for Christmas.
They apologise for delays and are working as fast as they can to get through everything etc.. bla bla..

If you are worried, you can drop them an email.

I placed an order on the 23rd November and got only one email confirming my order with the message that another email will be sent regarding dispatch.
Had to email them twice before they replied to apologise for the delay and that my order was being processed.
Only got the email confirming my order was dispatched yesterday and can now track it via DHL,

Mine was charged straight away when I ordered on Friday. I used a Visa Debit and money was taken from my bank account that day.

Despite them having taken money off me already, there's still no sign of my order being shipped. I can only hope it gets dispatched sometime this week.
