Thanks. And if your the person behind the website, thank you so much for saving me the hassle and time seeing if interesting houses that were previously overpriced are now within my sphere. Its a great website.

and thanks for all your work.

One thing, the photo doesn't show anymore when you list the price drops?

Daft must have changed something with the image hosting. I'll look into it soon...cheers

What I find frustrating with this site is that in order to view the latest price drops, I need to change the start date from May 2011 which means it takes over 20 clicks to see the results. And every month that passes adds another click.

I can do the same thing on collapso.net in two clicks.

i find it automatically shows the most recent, all I have to do is put in the town name and off it goes?
Fair play to rat_race though, for a free one man show, its excellent.

    I don't think you're "getting it" :) ...

May 2011 is when the tracking starts. You do not need to change anything. If you click search, it shows you the latest, in descending order back to the "start date". So it'll always have the latest.

Does anyone know when daftdrop will be back up and running again. It's a great site for tracking properties but it's been down for the past couple of weeks....

I might fix it soon when I get a chance, but I've no real incentive.

No problem rat_race, I've been using your monthly reports (e.g. Avg Price, total advertised) to try and predict future CSO property index values.

I might see if I can get the same data from collapso.

I'd appreciate it if you could fix it but no problem if you can't - thanks :)
