Anyone any idea of a place that sells mechanical keyboards?

Being eye balling a Razer Blackwidow, but to be honest just want to grab one today.

any suggestions welcome, or recommendations for a good mechanical keyboard I can buy in a shop in Dublin

    Seriously:

They are more durable, heavier, make click sounds, or don't, more satisfying pushs, it will register more keys pushed at the same time too.

For PC gamers its like gaming mouse with tits - a must.

No, they *are* better. Considerably better. They're built much more solidly and if it's a gaming related one, then like any "built to purpose" tool, they'll be better than a standard one. The issue is whether or not most people would gain any benefit from them. :)

Just google it m8. You will get a ton of YouTube videos and articles on this. For some people it might mean feck all, for some it makes a huge difference.

They are a must for any competitive gamer in the Starcraft 2 scene, where some players rack up 300+ APM (Actions per minute)

For the standard casual gamer it's not a huge deal :D

PC world in Carrickmines has a decent selection of gaming KBs at the back. About ten or so. 2 or 3 mechanicals IIRC.
