I have only every seen these within the actual branches. Is there any of these accessible over the weekend?

I don't think they have any exterior ones. Afaik Bank of Ireland are the only ones with an external lodgement atm.

I'm pretty sure you can lodge at the ones in the Blanchardstown centre, there are 4 machines outside the branch

Only a standard ATM unfortunately, the lodgement machines are in the branch so inaccessible at weekends.
