Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hi i am currently looking for a new HDD. i currently have a NAS Iomega MDHD320 it is getting old now and suffers from the occasional drop out.

I want to use it with protools so it needs to be 7200 spin speed.

I want at least 2TB and i want to be able to stream media music and video to my TV via Scart and HDMI.

It also needs to have a network connection. I would like it to have a remote and internet search facilities from the TV. To watch youtube and so on. I might be interested in a media server instead and buy a separate ProTools HD.

i am finding it hard to find relevant hardware. every hard drive out there says its streaming and they dont even have proper outputs on them

i dont mind paying a few quid for it if it has enough features.

    thanks in advance

This has XBMC written all over it no?!

    http://xbmc.org/

Buy a machine with this in it, or DIY it (maybe necessary RE spin speeds), and it should meet most of your needs?
