    Hi. For the life of me I cannot remember the name of a cream. It is sweet and often served in restaurants with desserts, it has little black specks in it. Does anyone know the name please?

    Probably just an ordinary creme anglaise I imagine? Basically custard! The little black specks are from vanilla.

    Is it Chantilly cream? (Sweetened whipped cream with vanilla) also called creme Chantilly
