Bought a shoulder of bacon cheap today.

Can I do pulled pork with this or does it have to be pork? Will be slow cooking

I know they are both pig but treated different. Find it hard to get the shoulder of pork so thought great when I saw this today!

    Thanks

You could do pulled bacon, buy i wouldn't recommend it...

With a shoulder of bacon I'd just to bacon and cabbage to be honest!

    Ah cra p

I hate cabbage! Won't do the pulled pork, will buy a proper joint for that now

So I can only really do bacon now? Any nice ways of cooking it?

could do a baked ham... would have to cook it for a few hours though to get it tender bit it would be fine.
