Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hey..
    Im just wonderin when is the best time to take a protein supplement? before the gym, during the gym or after the gym?....i got maximuscle cyclone the last day and i was readin on the back and it says a 60g serving has 230 kcals. If i was to take it after the gym, i would be just piling the weight back on, therefore defeating the purpose of going to the gym. Someone told me that taking it during the gym gives better results and you are burning off the fat and the calories that are in it.. Can anyone give me some tips on when to take it?

    But most of the calories are from the 50 odd grams of protein in it (200 calories) so why are you taking it if you are afraid of taking the extra calories?

    Also whats the difference in burning off these 230 calories by taking it before the gym, or burning off 230 calories from the breakfast you had that morning?

    Take the shake if you need it whenver you want.
