Too Stingy to Switch on the Heating

Have a q , im in lucan in digs for 100e a week . Have to pay bus ticket - 86 e and then about 20e for food each week ? Theres no heating , foods dodgy - got food poisoning once and the sons back from abroad . Am i being ripped off ? Thinking of legging it but have a heap of stuff after christmas with exams - gamsat and the…

Tell them turn on the heat.

Or get a small fan heater.
