    I transferred from airtricity to yourselves about 3 weeks ago I've received final bills but have received no welcome pack or account info from yourselfs?

    Hi blahblah06,

    It can take up to 20 working days for an electricity change of supplier request to complete; longer if estimated readings were used. However if you have already received a final bill from your previous supplier that would be an indication that the process is either completed or nearing completion.
