Is this contract enforceable?

    My sister applied for a phone contract on-line, they took the money from her account for the contract, a week later they rang looking for a €150.00 deposit, or they will not send out the phone.......so can she enforce this Contract because they have already took the money? Thanks

    Without seeing their T&Cs of sale its very difficult to give an answer. I take it they will issue a full refund if she declines to pay the deposit?
