    my internet connection works fine but the update keeps failing :(

    You must be getting an error of some sort?

    I know that some Eircom routers have a problem with taking down updates. If it is with Eircom, just lower the firewall for the amount of time it takes to get the update down, then set it back to whatever it was. Could you post the error code\message up here?

    Same here. It downloads about 10% of the update and then tells me to check my connection??????????WTF:mad:

    Download this, unzip it, and put it onto an empty flash drive, then start the Xbox up with it plugged in, should install the update from this instead
