    Hi everyone,

Applying for this as a mature student.
Has anyone any experience if UCC or TCD offer a better course or are they pretty much the same?
I know in UCC there is two long placements in two years and in Trinity a shorter placement in each of the four years.

I called TCD and the girl really had no clue. She did admit she was no new though so I'm guessing she is only finding her feet.

The guy in Cork knew his stuff. Think the interview would be in May if got called for it.

Any advice or anything I could be doing to help gain a place for interview?

    Thanks

    Hi there!

Im currently in year 1 of the MSW in UCC. The workload is pretty full on we are just finished semester 1 at the moment and just got our assigned placements. If u are committed to the area you live in ( IE im from waterford so south east was my only option) then go for college nearer to you. Were u speaking to Ger in the social work office?
