    I have a spare double room to let in Waterford City on the Upper Yellow Road. It comes with its own bathroom and walk in wardrobe and big attic space. Its available the 1st of January.

    No refereces needed but if you have them lovely. No need for a deposit just 1 months rent of €300.

    The place comes with free bins and free car parking and is about a 5-10 min walk to town.

    Im a 22 year old male and I work most days.

    The room is open to males or females but no couples please and no pets.
