    Lovely duplex apartment to rent in the centre of Cork City. Located on Washington Street its perfect for anyone working in the city or students of University College Cork.
    The rent is €900 a month (€300 each) excluding bills. It does include refuse collection.
    All rooms are quite spacious and all have double beds. The apartment is fully furnished and is ready to be lived in straight away!
    Available from the start of Decemeber 2012 and duration of the lease can be negotiated.

    Leaky roof more likely, the water stains seem to be the same distance apart as a rooftile might be .

    Not being funny, but you might want to give the place a good clean and make the beds properly. It looks very untidy, and doesn't give the best impression.

    The pictures are the ones we were given before we moved in a few months ago, the damp has since been rectified. I'll have new photos up soon!

    Are you the landlord or a tenant who is moving out early and has to find someone to take over the lease?

    tenant moving out early. one of our flatmates has to move so we are moving to a smaller apartment
