    Hi all, was hoping for someone's 2 cents worth. I have recently been diagnosed as having patella tendinitis which basically means my knees aren't what they used to be. Not a lot that can be done medically to correct the degeneration of the tendon or so I'm told but can anyone recommend some exercises to build up knee muscles etc. any help would be appreciated.
