Need help opening nat type

    Need help opening my nat type i got a new ZyXEL P-660HN-T1A modem today and my nat type is : moderate it used to be open on the old silver modem I tried unplugging the box for 30 seconds and attempted port fowarding but no luck some one please help..

    Hi DavidMelv,

    We have set up some suggestions for opening Nat type on our online forum. However it is not something we directly support as it conflicts with the eircom settings.

    I opened my nat and my friend has open nat but we cant connect to each other?
