I wonder if the amount to be transferred online exceeds the limit what are the other ways to do the transaction without having to go into your branch? Thank you!

    Hi padyjoe.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

If the amount you are transferring online exceeds the daily limit, funds may also be paid by cheque. Alternatively, if you are making a transaction with a company, it may also be possible to pay with your Visa Debit card. However, you will need to check with the company to see if this option is available to you.

If the options above are not available to you, the amount may be split up and transferred over a number of days.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you Laura! I will use a bank draft then.

    Hi padyjoe,

Just to note, you'll need to go to the branch to purchase a bank draft. Also, bank drafts are only available for amounts over €500.

Please click here for information on our daily online transfer limits. If you've activated your payee with a security code sent by text message so have a transfer limit of €3,000 per working day, you can delete this payee and re-add it with a security code sent by post to avail of the higher transfer limit.

    Thanks,
    Graham
