Bertrand starts on the wing. I'm not a fan of playing a defensive winger, particularly at home against Fulham but it is something that Benitez has done regularly in the past. I would have thought Moses or Marin could have done a job tonight.

There was a moment in the first half that summed it up, Oscar did well, beat a man, running at the heart of the back four, Torres on the outside of their left centre back, ordinarily the obvious pass would be to him but Torres's movement is so sluggish and slow and his teammates seem to have such little faith in him that Oscar ran head down into 2 of their players, dribbling past them was never on but it was a better option than trying to find Torres. It's a situation that simply can't be allowed to continue.

Well he'll be fairly unpredictable to the opposition considering he has only payed a couple of mins since his arrival. Why put another CAM on, we're getting no joy from trying to go through the middle, its wingers we need.
