    I closed my credit card account over a month ago and moved to ulster bank to get free banking. I was told i would get a closing and final statement in the post but never did. Who should i contact.

    Apologies you haven't yet received your closing and final statement. If you contact credit card services directly on 1890 251 251, a representative can send it out to you. You should have it within 3-5 working days.
