    Is it possible to use a data only sim in a smartphone in Ireland?
    Will the mobile network operators try to upsell you to full voice and data sim?

    Looking to get a samsung note 2 working with data only. No voice requirement whatsoever.

    €20 a month would give you a 3 prepay sim with all you can eat data
