Can people recommend and good website designer in Munster,preferably in Kerry to design a simple 1 product e-commerce website for my new business.

My colleague enlisted the help of an absolute gangster last year which caused endless problems and to this day the site does not function properly and I am afraid of meeting the same faith.

Ideally the site would need to be up and running for mid January 2013....is this possible at this stage

Thanks for reading and any help would be greatly appreciated as I have had little success getting someone for the job.
