I have the exact problem with ensuite and moisture on bedroom windows in the morning.
They dry up during the day and I haven't noticed any rotting or mould yet.
Spray undiluted white vinegar and wipe off, this should keep mould at bay.

Have you looked at the air vent to see if it is blocked in any way? the fan in your ensuite, is it powerful enough.

I have the same thing. It only started happening a couple of years ago after the orginal fan in the en-suite broke and I replaced it. The one I have there now is poor to say the least. I need to invest in a decent one but haven't gotten around to it yet. Any recommendations for a decent fan?
